Session 1:

Each member introduced themselves by telling about their family background. Each and every one of the group was given a chance to introduce themselves. The trainee made every individual to introduce themselves. The trainee interacted with each member individually and got information about their family and personal details. Each member of the group was focused by the trainee. The trainee felt that some children were afraid to come forward and talk, the trainee got them and interacted with them thus giving them the motivation to talk. The trainee got to know about the individuals family situation in the group.
Session 2:
Title of the group work session: Importance of water Objective: To create bonding among the members
Session 3:
Title of the group work session: Ways to reduce water wastage Objectives: To provide techniques about conservation of water Methodology used: instruction was given to the members and they needed to follow it The trainee visited the environment of the school. Trainee observed that the water was wasted. Trainee asked the members to close the tap properly, gave them a demo how to water plants. How to wash hands without wasting water and taught them how to take bath in one bucket of water.
Session 4:
Title of the group work session: Activities Objective: To create insight Content of the session: Water filling games Methodology used: The group worker conducted group games for the members to make them to know the importance of water. Trainee conducted water filling games to the students because they should know the importance of water. Trainee also asked the student to inform their friends not to waste water.
Professional Learning:
Trainee was able to develop ones interaction, communication, listening, observing, understanding and thinking skills, trainee used theoretical knowledge into practical. Trainee learned to manage the group in a professional way.
Personal Learning:
Trainee was able to cooperate according to the group needs and satisfaction; there was a great response from the students by which the trainee learned to conduct group work.
