After your purchase or lease through an authorized BMW passenger car center, BMW SAV center or BMW motorcycle center, please submit a copy of your proof of purchase, an original business card and the BMW Vendor Allowance Check Request Form to the Department Manager or Regional Manager you are affiliated with at BMW NA. Ineligible Vehicles: New, non-registered vehicles in excess of 1,000 miles, including company vehicles, retail demos or loaner vehicles. Pre-owned passenger cars and SAVs that have not been enrolled in the BMW Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program. Military & Diplomatic sales. The MINI is not included in this program. Eligibility: Vendors and suppliers are required to be a major contributor and must have a direct working relationship with a BMW Department Manager. The BMW Department Manger will determine the eligibility of a vendors management employees. Financing: Financing is available through BMW Financial Services, or
the financial institution of your choice. Approval for financing is based on the credit worthiness of the applicant.

Procedures: You deal directly with the BMW passenger car, SAV or motorcycle center of your choice. After negotiating the best deal that you can with the center, submit a copy of your proof of purchase, an original business card and the BMW Vendor Allowance Check Request form directly to the BMW NA Department Manager. Once approved, the allowance check comes to you directly from BMW of North America. Your center, however, will handle all ordering, financing and delivery. Terms & Conditions: This program is being offered by BMW of North
America, LLC and is available only to BMW vendors. The Vendor Allowance is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the approved vendor. Sales documents and vehicle title must be in the vendors name. The Vendor Program is not available in conjunction with other special purchase programs or any other certificate program. Vehicles must be purchased from an authorized U.S. BMW passenger car, SAV or motorcycle center of your choice. Vehicles purchased through a 3rd party are not eligible. BMW allows one rebate per calendar year per individual. Applications not submitted within 60 days of the date of delivery are not eligible for this vendor allowance.
