The borrowing machine mid library is not working People need to turn their mobiles off! Be quiet in the library respect others Computers are slow, printer dont work Can you spread the computers out e.g. like Eltham library Please list books borrowed (previous loans) under author not title My congratulations on installing the Pirate language on your check-out terminals Mighty nice!

Our Response
It has now been fixed, apologies for the inconvenience The library is a shared public space and as such can be noisy at times. There is a quiet study area at the back of the library is a great spot to sit and read or study. We apologies for the inconvenience, the IT Department are working on the problem Due to the constraints of available power and data points, we are unable to spread the computers out at this time. Thanks for the suggestion, we will investigate adding an author column so both authors and titles can be seen

I love the reservation service right from being able to reserve online, receiving an email to advise the books are there (so convenient!), to visiting the library and finding the books on the reservation shelf, also the self-service. I left Frankston 3 years ago but still come back here. What an awesome library!

The library is excellent that gives you the ability to learn and develop further skills. I love reading and there is such a variety to pick. I will have a selection for the rest of my life. Frankston library is very modern with great customer. Every library Should be like Frankston library Thank you This library is very good and staff are super helpful. To the lady that looks after the reserves, like to commend you on the job you do. Thank you To every one at the library (staff) thanks for your great work too. I love the library. Not a suggestion but a thank you for mailing my misplaced library card back to me Greatly appreciated Return Shute for Seaford shop please, great difficulty to pace during the day, the ability to drop off after hours would be much appreciated by Seaford residents. Have requested before but nothing seems to have happened.

Our Response

Thank you for your feedback, due to limited space and resources, we are unable to offer an after hours returns facility at Seaford and Langwarrin at this time. The nearest after hours chute is located at the CRMDS library. Thank you for your suggestion, we have Picture Books, Board Book, Beginner Stories and a small selection of paperbacks and non-fiction items available for loan at Karingal Place. We are open on Tuesdays 11 am -1.00 pm, Wednesdays from 10 am 12 noon during school term. Thank you for your wonderful feedback, we are pleased that the Wii sessions are fun, great and cool. We look forward to your future visits to the library.

I had lots of fun and it was good to have a go with the Wii, staff member was cool. The Wii challenge was a fun thing and I had lots of fun playing it. Wii Competition was great! Wii was fun! Everything is amazing but please get Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.

I would much love for Gardening Australia magazine to some of the more obscure publications you have currently. Gardening Australia is the most prestigious & well followed gardening magazine it is surprising you dont have it. Could you please get SBTRKT and Skriller CDs in? More indie and alternative music CDs would be fab. And I love your manga collection but I never see the first books in the series and its very frustrating. Please think about getting Amber and the hot pepper jelly a Stella etc book. Thanks Could we please have some adult non-fiction books (or docos) on nuclear accidents such as Chernobyl, 3 mile island etc. Ta While the obtaining of further manga and graphic novel titles is appreciated, this humble reader would like to repeatedly suggest that obtaining titles within a series in concurrent (vl.1, vl.2 etc) rather than haphazard (vl.7, vl.3 etc) would greatly enhance the reading experience. Many thanks for your patience. Nice Easter craft but perhaps place power safety plugs in the room as small kids like to play with switches. Could you please put several large silent study signs over the silent study area at the back of the library? People have loud conversations on SKYPE. They can do this at another area. The library is the only place I can go to study. Please do put some signs up. Thank you Toilet taps need a message on how to use them. Hand sanitizers please. Near computer stations and upon entry to library.

We ask parents to remain vigilant at all times in the library and not leave their children unattended. Thank you for your suggestion. The signs have been placed in the quiet area of study.

These signs are already available in the men and womens toilets. Hand sanitizers are available for sale at the front desk for $2.
