Battery Installation

Open the battery cover, place 2xAAA batteries according to its polarity (+/-) inside the battery compartment.

Cautions on Battery Use: When the batteries are being replaced, the original setting will remain if no button on the remote control is being pressed. Otherwise the original setting will be lost and you have to reset your device. As our remote control of low power consumption, the batteries have 15 months service life under normal conditions. However its service life may be shortened if used or operated improperly. Do not use old and new batteries or batteries of different models at the same time. If battery leakage, take out the batteries, wipe the battery compartment clean and replace it with new batteries. If this remote control is intended to be not in use for a long time, please remove the batteries.

Setting the Remote Control

There are four methods (Methods A, B, C & D) provided to set this remote control, any of these methods can be use to set the remote control. A. Direct Code Entering: 1. Switch on the TV to its panel and find the code on the code list that represents the brand of your TV.

Press & hold the SET and the POWER button simultaneously until the red LED indicator illuminates then release the holding of the buttons.

Enter the 3 digit code of your TV model one by one.

Try if the remote control works properly. If not, repeat the setting procedures from step 2 then enter the next code. Note: Due to too many codes corresponds to your TV model, you are recommended to set your TV code by code and select one code that suits most to your TV.

B. Automatic Searching 1. 2. Manually turn ON your TV set Press & hold the SET button (LED Light flashes continuously) until the volume appears on the TV set. When the volume icon appears on the TV screen, stop pressing the SET button

Check the function of the remote control if it works. Quick search When the number cannot be found in the CODE LIST, you can find the suitable number through this function.

Turn ON your TV Set Press SET button continuously and press the POWER button (the LED will turn ON). Once the LED light lit-up. Stop pressing the buttons. Press the volume + button until the VOLUME icon appears on the TV screen.

D. Brand Search 1. 2. Turn ON your TV set Keep pressing the respective brand button of the remote control until the volume icon of your TV appear, then stop pressing the button. For example the brand of your TV is PANASONIC, press the button number 7.
