Mold conversion from Vertical (V173) to Horizontal (M14) Injection Molding Machine Working together with production engineer and technicians to convert the molding through the technical drawing to modify the machine components such as robot arm, mold cavity plates and product transfer feeder. Covered Heat Slug Dust Remover with Built-In Vacuum and Blower Working together with production engineer and technicians to investigate dust presence on the product this system is design to eliminate the dust from the product before the assembly process.

ECO-HEATER
Objective: To design a beverage heater that incorporates eco-friendly concept.

ENGINEERING TEAM PROJECT

Literature: Working together with teammate in engineering team project to design and fabricate a heating device that uses photovoltaic cells to maintain heat of a hot beverage that incorporates ecofriendly concept.

AERODYNAMICS OPTIMIZATION OF PERODUA ECO-CHALLENGE CAR FINAL YEAR PROJECT

Objective: To develop an evaluation models and select the best model for the next Perodua EcoChallenge car. Literature: To achieve the lowest drag coefficient as possible within the specification provided by the Perodua Eco-Challenge committee, plus major improvement in fuel consumption, safety requirements of the manufacturing and design process of the car. The simulation works being done in computational fluid dynamic software and also testing in wind tunnel.

CYLINDER DEACTIVATION OF VIVA 660CC

Objective: To develop an engine running with variable displacement by two options either two or one cylinder is working. Literature: Cylinder deactivation is used to reduce the fuel consumption and emissions of an internal combustion engine during light-load operation. During the early period, the car will use two cylinders mode and after reaching stable speed, it will switch into one cylinder mode.
