Suggestions of The Study : (1) Teacher should improve teaching quality in the class room with the use of technology. (2) Teacher should feel the problems of students and try to solve it anyhow. (3) School and government should increase the amount of scholarships and give them free books, uni forms, notebooks, stationeries etc. (4) Midday meal programme should make more quali tative and effective for the rural students. (5) Parents should take care of their childrens study and guided them. (6) School should organize sometime the contact programme for parents, teachers and students. (7) Society should provided proper educational envi ronment to inspire the rural students. (8) Educational board should make the syllabus more intresting and connent with social environment. (9)Teachers should maximum use of teaching aids in
the classroom for make intresting topics. (10) Schools should organize health check-up programme to know students health problems and do maximum for them better health. (11) Teacher should create repo with the students and parents to fear free environment. (12) Schools should provide more facilities for cocurricular and sports activities for the students. (13) Evaluation method should be un-biased and cu mulative. Remedial classes should be taken for the low achieve students. Conclussion : Indias entire education system should be redesigned to favour employment, nullify the poverty aspect and improve the quality of education on every level, especially in the primary level. Aggressive awareness campaigns in rural areas to negate the negative attitude of the rural population.
