Hospitality
Drawing on over a decade of experience in commercial infrastructure and premium real estate development, Shree Naman Group has ventured into the Hospitality space. The Group has tied up with French Multinational, Accor to build the flagship Sofitel Hotel at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and budget hotel, ibis at Kalina, Mumbai.
Energy
India has the fifth largest installed wind power capacity in the world. Shree Naman Group is committed towards developing Wind Energy as part of India's quest for affordable, clean power and energy security. Shree Naman Developers Ltd. (SNDL) has developed a wind power project under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of Kyoto Protocol. This project significantly helps to reduce Green House Gas (GHG) emissions into the atmosphere and thus contributes to the global climate change mitigation initiative in the developing world.

Shree Naman Towers Shree Naman Towers is a leading residential complex in Kandivali, a prime residential area in Mumbai. With two towers of 25 floors each, this project houses over 300 families. Shree Naman Plaza Shree Naman Plaza is a large scale up-market commercial complex, centrally situated on S. V. Road, Mumbai. Spread out on over 35,000 sq. ft. with three upper floors, it houses India's leading modern retail store, Shoppers Stop, as an anchor store. SAARTHI Saarthi is a unique award-winning residential building located at Chowpatty, Mumbai's prime business and residential area. Each flat of this 20-floor luxurious residential building occupies an entire floor and overlooks the Arabian Sea. Trent House Trent House is also one of Shree Naman Group's completed large-scale projects in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), spanning 1,38,000 sq. ft. over 12 floors and a two-level underground parking space. Sustainable Development
The Group implements the best quality insulation, such as low E-value glass, to minimize heat loss. We use low energy bulbs and our buildings are designed in a way that makes optimal use of sunlight as well as natural ventilation. Our buildings have rainwater harvesting tanks, and use recycled water where possible. We invest in Green Energy solutions, such as wind farms, to mitigate climate change.
