CPP Corporate Overview Paperless Document Control

CPPs developed web access digital filing system is the most advanced
concept in our industry and is a tremendous time savings

Improves on standard methods of managing documentation such as

purchase orders/changes, customer drawings and specifications, internal/external process certifications and manufacturing routings

The process gets more complicated when customers are giving longer
forecasts and we implement EOQ concepts to manage the certification

CPP Corporate Overview 3D Laser Scanning

Laser scanning is the newest innovation in our i d t and an answer to digital industry d t di it l manufacturing Laser scanning creates digital three dimensional images of parts that can be compared to models for compliance Laser scanning saves time to inspect g p parts with much more accuracy than traditional methods The drawbacks are that it can only be used on newer designs with digital models, and customers are still having a hard time understanding the information g

CPP Corporate Overview Digital X-ray

Digital X-ray for aerospace part certification is the newest innovation i our i d t i th NDT area ti ti in industry in the CPP-Pomona has been a pioneer in the industry in utilizing the p g process, and is the first casting g house to develop procedures to use the technology Digital X-ray will save inspection time, film costs, storage of film costs, and chemical disposal costs The major drawback is that many customers still do not have the technology to approve the process
