UL RX_LEV Upper Threshold Meaning: When the uplink receive level reaches the threshold, Huawei II power control is performed. GUI Value Range: 0~63 Actual Value Range: 0~63 Unit: dB Default Value: None Recommended Value: 30 Parameter Relationship: This parameter is valid only when P W R C T R L S W in S E T G C E L L P W R B A S I C is set to PWR2. Meaning: The MS transmit power is decreased only when the quality level of the MS transmit signal is smaller than the value of the parameter. If (the uplink receive level - MAX Up Adj. PC Value by Qual) is smaller than U L R X _ L E V L o w e r T h r e s h o l d , the MS transmit power is not adjusted. GUI Value Range: 0~7 Actual Value Range: 0~7 Unit: None Default Value: None Recommended Value: 0 Parameter Relationship: This parameter is valid only when P W R C T R L S W in S E T G C E L L P W R B A S I C is set to PWR2. Meaning: The MS transmit power is increased only when the quality level of the MS transmit signal is greater than the value of the parameter. If (the uplink receive level + MAX Up Adj. PC Value by Qual) is greater than U L R X _ L E V U p p e r T h r e s h o l d , the MS transmit power is not adjusted. GUI Value Range: 0~7 Actual Value Range: 0~7 Unit: None Default Value: None Recommended Value: 3 Parameter Relationship: This parameter is valid only when P W R C T R L S W in S E T G C E L L P W R B A S I C is set to PWR2. In this way, the MSs and BTSs can adjust the transmit power. If this parameter is set to NO, the system does not perform power forecast, and the MSs and BTSs choose the maximum transmit power. Meaning: Whether an MS supports the SAIC function. Single Antenna Interference Cancellation (SAIC) is used to reduce the impact of interference on the reception of downlink signals through a signal processing technology.
