Note: Attempt all questions. Q.1. Consider a development project of City University, Peshawar Strengthening of City University and identify possible risks using Risk Management Process. About Project: The project focuses on capacity building, imparting education and training at undergraduate and postgraduate levels through quality Ph.D faculty, coupled with state-of-the-art laboratories. The project includes Human Resource Development, under which 25 faculty members have been sent abroad for pursing Ph.D in different disciplines. It also includes establishment of Bio Technology Department, which is becoming increasingly important in the highly technological world of the future, and to provide a forum for entrepreneurs and academia. Infrastructure development in another component of the project that includes construction of an Academic Block, and construction of hostels for two hundred students.
