One (1) complainant identified as Angeline Estella Y Camer, 27 years old, separated, call center agent employed at Direct Response Call Center, located at Guildas Building, James Avenue, Cebu City, resident of Canton Ville, San Isidro, Talisay City, Cebu, personally appeared before this office, reported and alleged that sometime on 27 November 2009 at exactly 5:00 oclock in the afternoon, while she went out at her residence to report for duty. Unfortunately, her former husbands Auntie identified as Jay Estella, 30 years old, single, residing at complainants residence and brought together her four (4) years old daughter identified as Angelica Stella Y Camer without her knowledge and consent for unknown purpose and up to this moment she never return at the complainants custody. Thus, caused fear and panic of the herein complainant and prompted her to report the incident to this station and put into blotter.
