June 10, 2012 TO: _____________________________________ Dean, Office of the Student Affairs

FROM: Joses M. Calusay Coordinator, Chi Alpha (XA) Student Ministries RE: Application for Registration of Chi Alpha chapter in Northeastern College

Dear Mr. __________________________, Choicest greetings! We are the Chi Alpha Student Ministries, a vibrant student community that exists to partner with school in developing God-fearing and Christ-like students, building them as excellent leaders and preparing them to become catalysts of change in their families, the campus, the marketplace and the world. We would like to apply for the registration of Chi Alpha Student Missions as a duly recognized student organization in Northeastern College. May we know what the requirements for such application are? May we also set a schedule to discuss this request in person? May we also stress that this local XA Chapter will also function as a performing arts club, specifically theatre; likewise, it is our deep wish to partner with the Language & Communications Department or the like of your school. We would like to partner with the school in making it available for students to participate in speech power & theatre workshops. The goal of such is advocacy in the arts & for the fulfillment of our purpose of transforming the community by causing people to know, believe, & live the stories of the Bible. In our case, here in XA Northeastern College Chapter, the creative arts community and its sympathizers are most welcome. Attached is a copy of our charter for your reference. We are hoping for your most favorable response. God bless! Respectfully yours, Joses M. Calusay Chi Alpha Coordinator Santiago City, Isabela 09266198655

The Tree-of-Life is where we become completely dependent on God. The Bible must be properly used as a vehicle to reveal the Person of Jesus Christ who is for us sufficient and complete. We are about the Ultimate Conception: Things must be viewed in Christ, not after the fall but before the fall. What is Gods intention from the beginning? The Cross (as an experience of dying to old life) must rectify our self-centered view, so we can look at things from Gods view and intention. Our level of maturity affects our concepts of God. Our outlook will determine our outcome. We are about the Ultimate Learning: Wisdom that comes from above is for spiritual discernment, not necessarily for fleshly consumption. Train our spirit to receive things/truth from God. God reveals, man receives. To know Jesus is the ultimate object of our learning. We are about the Ultimate Foundation: Christ is the test of our work, its quality and increase, and the energy employed in doing them. We must build with a single eye to the larger purpose of God in Christ where things are from Him, through Him, and for Him. We are about the Ultimate Issue in Life: We must live for Gods full satisfaction. We must be satisfied only when He is satisfied. We must live Gods predetermined purpose for us. We are about the Ultimate Preparation: It always means character development. Also it means to consecrate our whole life to God. We are about the Ultimate Ministry: It is expressive ministry where service is the result of experiencing Christ in us. Expressive because He is in us to will and to do His good pleasure. Ministry should be the result of love and intimacy with God who gives power, direction, and success. Learn to minister to produce life, not death. We are about the Ultimate Promotion: True promotion comes from the Lord. God prepares a man before He promotes him to a place of honor.
