Reporting: All students compulsorily need to report campus on 31st May 2012. Outstation students may report one day early. Joining schedule is as follows: 31st May, 2012 Reporting and hostel rooms allocation (rest day) 1st June, 2012 Orientation (Auditorium), Photo session and Measurements. 2nd and 3rd June, 2012 Residential Outbound learning (students depart by 6.30 a.m. and stay out of campus and return to the campus on 3rd June, 2012 evening) Joining Late: Students having their exams (University / Professional) are eligible for exemption for the examination period and one-day prior and after the exams. Students need to make an application to the Asst. Admin Officer (asst_adminofficer@scmhrd.edu) and attach the examination schedule, signed and stamped by the college / university / institute and send it. The application should reach us before 25th May 2012. Candidates not joining the institute on 31st May 2012 without approved exemption will loose their candidature. (Note: All exemption queries shall be replied by email by Academic section) Outbound Learning: All students of SCMHRD are taken for outbound learning for two day to be acquainted with fellow colleagues. This session consists of group games and group tasks and students enjoy it a lot. (Parents cannot accompany the students for the Outwardbound Activity) Dress Code for outbound learning 1. Sports shoes or Running Shoes 2. Thick cotton socks 3. Trousers / Track pants ( Loose fitting, cotton and full)

Water Bottle , MUST Please Note No valuables & jewellery. Equipment for all activities, camping and safety shall be provided by Out-Fit. Participants are expected to be responsible for the safety of their belongings. Dress code for Orientation - FORMAL Girls 3 Piece Salwar Suit as per regular Dress code. Boys Formal shirts and trousers with tie. (Jeans and sleeveless are not allowed in academic blocks) Dress Code: Regular Days Girls: 3 piece salwar suits. Boys: formal shirts & trousers, leather shoes. Girls please bring 3-4 sets of sarees & boys pls bring 4-5 ties.

Passport: All students are required to obtain a valid passport by 1st October 2012. In case you do not possess one, you are required to apply for it before joining. Educational Loan: SCMHRD has tie-up with State Bank of India for providing Educational Loan to its students. The Details are awaited from SBI. Once we receive it we shall send to all the students. Students are required to carry their own laptops. Bank Loan from campus covers laptop purchased from the institute. Things to carry: Warm clothes, umbrella/Rain Jacket, track suit, sports shoes, bed sheets, bed covers, pillow cover, blankets/rajai, Table Lamp if required.
