PROCEDURE: CT CHEST CONTRAST CLINICAL INDICATION: COMPARISON: None.

PROTOCOL: Axial 5mm cuts were obtained from the thoracic inlet down to the diaphragm and these were repeated during dynamic intravenous administration of iohexol 350. IMMEDIATE IV CONTRAST REACTIONS: No. FINDINGS: Lungs: Normally aerated and closely applied to the chest wall on all sides. No focal lesion. Fissures: Well delineated with no fissural displacement. Airways: Normal. Pleura: No pleural effusion, thickening or pneumothorax. Thoracic aorta and supra-aortic vessels: Normal. Pulmonary arteries: Normal. Heart: Normal. Pericardium: Normal. Mediastinal & Hilar lymph nodes: Not enlarged. Axillary and supraclavicular regions: Normal. Thoracic esophagus: Normal. Thoracic spine: Normal. Chest wall: Normal. Adrenal glands: Normal. REMARKS: The thoracic organs appear normal at CT.
