I am contacting you about Golden Warrior Insurance Providers's licensing of my name and contact information to a 3rd party for marketing purposes without my consent. I contacted Golden Warrior Insurance Providers located at 123 Main St. in Mill Valley, CA 94941 on April 12, 2012 and explained that this situation was unsatisfactory. After receiving numerous calls throughout the week from a Home Security Company, with whom I had not previously had any contact, I demanded to know where they had gotten my private information from. They told me the Golden Warrior Insurance Providers had sold them my information. When I called them, the insurance company denied any wrongdoing whatsoever. Failure to receive an appropriate response from Golden Warrior Insurance Providers to this problem has prompted me to contact you. To resolve the problem Golden Warrior Insurance Providers needs to negotiate, with Dorian Rothschild, an appropriate and legally binding settlement agreement..
