NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (i)
OF THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
We, Attwell Malherbe Associates, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 56, Princess Extension 27, hereby give
notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the City
of Metropolitan Municipality for the amendment of the town-planning scheme, known as Roodepoort Town-
planning Scheme, 1987, by the rezoning of the property, located on the north eastern corner of C.R. Swart Road and President
Road, from "Business 1" including medical and dental suites, places of amusement, laundries, confectioners and motor
showrooms, excluding a filling station and a public garage as a secondary right to "Business 1" for the same uses subject to
amended conditions including a coverage of 60%.
Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of Executive Director:
Development Planning and Urban Management, Room 8100, 8th Floor, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Loveday Street,
Braamfontein, for a period of 28 days from 28 days from 5 October 2011.
Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing and in duplicate to

Ons, Attwell Malherbe Associates, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 56, Princess Uitbreiding 27, gee
hiermee ingevolge artikel 56 (1) (b) (i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ons by die Stad
van Johannesburg Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend
as die Roodepoort-dorpsbeplanningskema, 1987, deur die hersonering van die eiendom, wat gelee is op die noordoostelike
hoek van C.R. Swartweg en Presidentweg, vanaf "Besigheid 1" ingesluit mediese en tandheelkundige spreekkamers,
vermaaklikheidsplekke, wasserye, banketbo.kkerye en motorvertoonlokale, uitgesluit 'n vulstasie en 'n openbare garage as 'n
sekondere reg tot "Besigheid 1" vir diesel/de gebruike onderworpe aan gewysigde voorwaardes insluitend 'n dekking van 60%.
Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter inso.e gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Uitvoerende Direkteur:

I, Willem Georg Groenewald, being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 494 (a portion of Portion 259) of the farm
Zwavelpoort 373-JR, situated between Achilles and Lynnwood Roads, Zwavelpoort, hereby give notice in terms of section 56
(1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that I have applied to the City of
Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as the Peri-Urban Town-planning
Scheme, 1975, by the rezoning of the property described above, from "Undetermined" to "Special" for the purpose of a Lodge,
subject to certain proposed conditions.
Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the General Manager: City Planning
Division, Office No. 334, 3rd Floor, Munitoria, cnr Vermeulen Street and Van der Walt Street, Pretoria, for a period of 28 days
from 5 October 2011 (the date of first publication of this notice).
