1. Everyone starts at 0. No Exceptions. 2. If you lose your Character Sheet, you restart at 0. 3. Each Character Sheet is for 2 weeks. 4. Dont focus on weigh ins. Focus on size gains and losses. 5. If you attach your picture +3 to CHA if you draw a likeness +1 to INT. 6. Your new level is calculated based on XP when you start a new sheet (every 2 weeks) 7. Dont hurt yourself. 8. If you dont feel an exercise is valued right, change it, but stay consistent. 9. Join a Gym or a Guild. Its always easier with fellow adventures. 10. The guy up there isnt for inventory, its to measure your gains/losses 11. Sedentary work 0xp/day, Standing/walking 1xp/day anything else 2xp/day 12.
