“time” = Greek: chronos (i.e. having distinct beginning and end points,
like a calendar year)
or Greek: kairos (i.e. seasons, not having a sharp beginning and end)

The Greek word used in “time, times, and half a time” is kairos

“time” (i.e. ~ 1 year)
