INTRODUCTION
In this fast paced and highly globalized world, computer has served as a catalyst for societys development. In exploration, as one utilizes new technique, new knowledge, or even develop new substances, gadgets, equipment, process or procedures, great application of analysis and skills are employed by man. The commodities new devices, services in technology are needs of man for a better, fuller life which is the main concern of this research. The useful arts are the products of the technological environment and the end-user is society in general. The researchers is conduct a studies about the Employee Statistical System is a computer-based tool that enables organizational supervisors to transfer their controlling functions into virtual environment where they can reach more agile and productive due to reducing paper-based informational turnover, while enabling more of data flow to move through rapid electronic channels. Each employee supervisor wants to be sure that he takes everything under control so even the smallest matters cannot be left in a dead area.

Employee Statistical System can be classified into two namely the Manual System and the Computer based System. In this study use to develop a Computer based Employee Statistical System to improve a faster, easier and reliable way of maintaining an employee. Background of the Study Employee Statistical System is a computer-based tool that enables organizational supervisors to transfer their functions into virtual environment where they can reach more agile and productive due to reducing paper-based informational turnover, while enabling more of data flow to move through rapid electronic channels. Each employee supervisor wants to be sure that he takes everything under control so even the smallest matters cannot be left in a dead area. Employee Statistical System is a system where the complete data of employee stated; it must edit as needed and can be found more reliable for the user. This series consist large amount value and has a highest function that able to predict the employee profile or the user. It has been affirmed as the statistical form of series for that the programmer aim the highest functions and capability of system. The EMPLOYEE STATISTICAL SYSTEM has been developed to override the problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and in some cases

reduce the hardships faced by this existing system. Moreover this system is designed for the particular need of the company to carry out operations in a smooth and effective manner. The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. No formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus by this all it proves it is user-friendly. Objectives of the Study This study aimed to develop the Employee Statistical System of the Municipality of Hinoba-an with the following objectives: To improve a faster, easier and reliable way of managing the employees of Municipality of Hinoba-an. To Automate Viewing of personal data for the individual employee, terminating an employee, placing an employee on leave absence and review of termination of an employee. To the administrator and the employee to reassured their personal record in a modern and secured way. To make sure an office doesnt stop producing, and if it does, to rectify the situation in the safest and most expedient way possible.

Significance of the Study This System is significance to the following; To the HR Department of Municipality of Hinoba-an.They are the most benefited in this proposed system, because it will secured and organize the files of the employee of the Municipality of Hinoba-an, and they can update it easily, generates reports and electronically viewing of files. To the future IT researcher of Negros State College of Agriculture, Hinoba-an campus. For they develop their knowledge and techniques for making this study. To the Researchers. To acquire knowledge and ideas based on the responses of the administrator of HR Department and help to identify whether the HR Department are satisfied on the Employee Statistical System that the Municipality has. This proposed system can be a reliable source for other students who would conduct their thesis writing with the same proposed study.

status. This study will also activate the leave and its also show the salary of each employee. This system can also edit some details of employee; its also provides the overview or information of each employee. The Employee Statistical System will also record the termination of the employee and their transfer to another location or office. The limitation of this program, it cannot calculate the wage of the employee and viewing of DTR or Daily Time Record of Employee. This system focuses the information of employee. The user must scrutinize the information show in operating this program.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

I thought then that training and development was just incidental in HRM roles and functions, where the real KRA's(Key Result Areas) are recruitment, personnel records, salary and benefits administration, and labor relations. What I saw was a department labeled, at best, as a paper mill and, worse, as employees' counseling clinic. In fact, when there is no scheduled training or seminars to facilitate, one of my duties is to attend to various employees' concerns and problems, including personal issues. I enjoyed the job though, but I was craving for more. More challenges. Strategic HRM roles that I think would make my department add value to the business in general. That was then. Employee Statistical System is design to evaluate every detail of employee in a ways, the department head of the office can modified of determining the operational services which needed of every department. In handling computer you should be aware the possible consequences of doing this program. In part with this, the classification of hiring an employee is the big event which the department head need to study the information given by the applicant. System Functionality The researchers were given a chance to create a Employee Statistical System of the Municipality of Hinoba-an to help the HR department to improve a faster, easier and reliable way of managing employee. Employee Statistical System is a friendly user program, that can add new employee easily and organized. It can also update and delete employee, and can terminate without losing the information of the employee. This system is electronically viewed such as: salary, job status, and the report of termination and leave of an employee. And it also generates reports of an employee.

Employee Statistical system is a computer-based tool that enables organizational supervisors to transfer their controlling functions into virtual environment where they can reach more agility and productivity due to reducing paper-based informational turnover, while enabling more of dataflow to move through rapid electronic channels.
