been satisfied. Notice of this meeting was properly given in a notice which was
transmitted to the Times of Trenton and the Trentonian, filed with the Clerk of the
Township of Ewing and posted in the Ewing Township Municipal Complex, all on
the 8th day of January, 2008.

F. CONSENT AGENDA:

1. Authorization for the Chief Financial Officer to pay Township bills in the
amount of $580,462.21.

2. Approval of minutes of the meeting of November 10th (Agenda), November

10th (Regular), November 24th (Agenda) and November 25th (Regular).

3. A Resolution authorizing a Cancellation and a Refund, as recommended by

the Tax Collector. A Cancellation in the amount of $3,813.62 and Refund the
total amount of $3.813.62 for August and November 2008 tax quarters due to
100% disabled veteran status for property owner: Rickey & Barbara Lodico,
9 Diane Drive, Ewing, NJ 08628 for Block: 422, Lot: 79, also known as 9
Diane Drive.

4. A Resolution authorizing a Performance Guarantee Reduction for Rebecca

P. Lynn/Rely Properties, Independent Living (Block 105, Lot 26) – Ewing
Engineers CMX Project No. #05 04315 03.

5. A Resolution authorizing a Performance Guarantee Reduction for Scotch

 6. A Resolution authorizing a Performance Guarantee Reduction for The

(OJJDP) STATE BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM ENFORCING THE UNDERAGE
