CHESTERFIELD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting The Board of Directors of Chesterfield Village Homeowners Association, Inc., a Missouri nonprofit corporation, held a meeting at the Chesterfield Village Homeowners Association Clubhouse in Springfield, Missouri on May 7, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., pursuant to the notice published in the newsletter. The following board members were present: Michael Olmsted (president), Jennifer Choi (treasurer), Melissa Wittmer (secretary, Chad Carter (clubhouse), Susie Brothers (architectural) and Robert Sheldon (pool). Also in attendance were the following residents: Kristi Kittleson, Tom Cornett, Anna Crane, Charles Hyde, Tyler and Dale Smith. A. Secretarys Report Minutes from April 2, 2012 were distributed and read. A motion was made and passed to accept the minutes. B. Treasurers Report Treasurer Jennifer Choi reported on the following changes that were made since the April 2 meeting: 1. Allied Waste will change trash pickup to Friday starting May 25th. They will pick up on Tuesday and Friday of that initial week. The following week it would be picked up on Saturday due to the holiday. 2. Homeowners can contact allied Waste at 865-1717 to get the new 95 gallon recycling cart. Recycling pickup will remain the same biweekly trash day schedule. 3. Allied will do an ad in the HOA newsletter. Two payments were received for HOA dues. Three residents are still unpaid. In addition to the removal of trash service, pool privileges will be denied to residents who have not paid HOA dues. Lenderlive Settlement has contacted Jennifer Choi regarding the lien on the property on Forest. The company confirmed that all fees will be paid. Two payments were received for the May newsletter ads ($25 and $65). The following payments were made during the month of April: CU $55.20, $90.52 and $291.40 $2006.56 to Allied Waste $1653.93 to Liberty Bank for loan $860 to Johnson Lawn for common area mowing $58.75 to News Leader for Garage Sale Ad $203.63 to AT&T for onetime equipment fee and bill $72.22 for cleaning supplies at clubhouse $116.00 to Minuteman Press for April Newsletter Printing Total current Assets as of April 7, 2012 are $189.418.90. Total current Liabilities are $61,473.00.

Jennifer Choi proposed to set up a petty cash bank account at Liberty Bank that would be used to pay for purchases like the newsletter printing, clubhouse supplies and neighborhood events. Individuals on the Board who are approved signers on the bank account at Liberty Bank would be given debit cards to make purchases on the new account. Dale Smith made a motion to allow Treasurer Jennifer Choi to set up a new bank account with debit cards at Liberty Bank for petty cash withdrawals. Tom Cornett seconded the motion. Motion passes unanimously. C. Neighborhood Watch Susie Brothers will contact the lawyer about a property on W. LaSalle that is not maintained and has a lot of debris on the porch and back yard. D. Pool The construction project is near completion. No issues to report. E. Clubhouse Chad Carter reported one rental for the past month. He presented the treasurer with two checks for $40 each. F. New Business The Summit Preparatory School will have a fundraiser run on September 8 through Chesterfield Village. Neighbors are invited to attend.
