Scenario: Structural residential fire to be extinguished thru a straight hose connection to prevent spread of fire to adjacent houses. b. Requirements: 1. BARANGAY FIRE BRIGADE CATEGORY EVENT 2 Fire Extinguishers a. Scenario: A tricycle driver while filling his motorcycle with gasoline, the container accidentally slips his hand and said flammable liquid rapidly flow to the ground. Suddenly it came contact with an ignition spark that resulted to a blaze of fire. Immediate fire suppression should be done using available portable fire extinguisher. b. Requirements: 1. Players: Two (2) members of the Barangay Fire Brigade per Team. 2. Equipment: 2- units 10 lbs. Capacity Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher, 2- improvised Fire Extinguisher holder, 2- pcs. of drum (cut length-wise) with mixtures of Liter Gasoline, liter diesoline and 10 gallons of water. 8- pcs. EVENT 3 Bucket Relay a. Scenario: A fire broke out from a remote residential area. Since the fire station is

several kilometers away from the incident, the community needs to conduct immediate suppression through bucket relay in-order to mitigate or control fire from spreading. b. Requirements: 1. Players: Ten (10) members of the Barangay Fire Brigade 2. Equipment: 10- pcs. Buckets 2- pcs. Steel Drum 1- set 5ft. Scaffolding c. Mechanics: ts is 50 ft. 25 ft. -filler and runner. The water filler shall be the only one allowed to fill water to the empty drum; the water re-filler shall be the only one allowed to take the water from the drum filled with water; the designated runner can have a free movement of getting the used buckets and bring it back to the re-fillers post.
