LIFEREWARDS

Clients applying for risk cover now have a choice between a conventional Matrix plan and a Matrix plan with LifeRewards when they apply for risk cover. With LifeRewards a more accurate risk rating is done initially as well as on an ongoing basis. Clients with a healthy life style may qualify for annual discounts on their risk cover, on the basis of their health status and/or level of tness.

Fitness Discounts
Fitness Assessment Criteria in order qualify for a possible additional tness discount: The tness discount depends on the clients level of tness and Preferred Health Class. It applies if the insured life meets certain health criteria and qualies for one of the tness assessment criteria below. Fitness discounts also differ by benet, gender, smoking status and rate group. The following tness assessment criteria and associated basic tness discounts are before any adjustments for Preferred Health Class or the other factors above. 1. Virgin Life Care Assessment

Health criteria that will be monitored to determine the possible health discount:

A tness discount is calculated based on the outcome of a Virgin Life Care Health & Fitness Assessment. 3. Completion of qualifying tness event

The insured lifes number of gym visits to a Planet Fitness or Virgin Active gym over the last 12 months is used to determine the discount.

The insured life receives a discount based on the total of points earned for the completion of ofcially completed qualifying tness events in the last 12 months. 4. Number of steps registered with pedometer over 3 months

The specic health discount that the client may qualify for, depends on his or her Preferred Health Class (Best = 1). The insured life receives a discount based on the average number of steps taken on a daily basis during the last 3 months. The number of steps is measured by a pedometer.

The additional tness discount that your client may earn depends on the clients Preferred Health Class. It reduces gradually, the better the Preferred Health Class is.
