when we come to the goal then every one wants to be a successful in his life. i am not different from them but the m is that how anyone can be the successful, so for that i dived my goal in two parts i.e. short and long term goal. in lon goal i want to be a successful person along with well recognition in the organisation as well as socially. for that i hav hard for short term goal to tackle all the hurdles in a significant manner and nobody hurts and everyone will apprecia works.
