All Regional Councils must submit the following to the National Federation

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
Regional Council Files
1. Constitution and By Laws 2. Directory and Profile of Regional Council Officers (see Regional Council Information Format.xls) 3. Electronic signature over printed name with position of regional council officers (see ES Format.xls ) 4. Calendar of Activities (see RCCOA Format.xls) 5. Resume of the Executive Officers (see Resume Format.doc)

Local Chapter Files


1. Constitution and by laws 2. Calendar of Activities and Official list of Local Chapter Officers adviser/s and members (see Local Chapter Information Format.xls) 3. Letter of certification from the school official declaring that the school duly recognizes the organization. 4. Resume of Local Chapter Officers and all graduating students (see Resume Format.doc) Note: All of the Documentary Requirements must be submitted in SOFT COPY only.

Payment for membership fee


On or before July 31, 2012 75 % of the whole due amount should be submitted. There will be a grace period of 1 month after July 31, 2012 to pay the remaining 25 %. Modes of Payment Deposit in Bank BDO Cubao Notre Dame Branch 2828007883

Reminders: 1. Please send in a scanned copy of the deposit slip and the proper breakdown (see RVPMEMFEETRACKER.xls) for the amounts deposited to nfjpia30vpfinance@yahoo.com and nfjpia30vpmembership@yahoo.com 2. For those Regional Councils who will be submitting the COMPLETE documentary requirements and the 100% payment of the membership fee on or before July 31, 2012 you will avail a 5% rebate for 20 pre-registered delegates in the Mid year Convention, 5% rebate for 30 pre-registered delegates in the Annual national convention and additional points for the Most Outstanding Regional Council. 3. Membership certificates will not be released until full payment of the due membership fee is rendered. The consequences of not being able to submit the documentary requirements and to pay for the membership fee in the stated deadline: 4. The National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants will not recognize the said Local Chapter or Regional Council as a member. Thus, they cannot use the name Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants. (Article 5 Sec. 1 b) 5. There will be a deduction for the Most Outstanding Regional Council.

NOTES -Instead of membership cards, there will be membership certificates to be distributed during the Mid year convention. Only those Regional Council and Local Chapter posted on our website www.nfjpia.com are recognized as member of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants.
