Everyone feels angry from time to time, but people differ in how they act when they are angry. Below are some statements that people use to describe themselves and how they act when they feel angry. I do something to calm down I hold my anger in I can stop myself from loosing I control my anger feelings I try to be tolerant I attack whatever makes me angry I attack whatever it is that annoys me I express my anger I argue with others I do things like slamming doors I withdraw from other people I feel like crying I hide my anger I take a deep breath and relax I stay well behaved I stay mad at people but keep it secret I try to stay calm and settle the problem I let everybody know it I dont talk to anybody I try to be patient
