SUMMER READING CLUBS!

Its not to late to sign-up ONLINE for any of our FREE Summer Reading Programs! Registration continues throughout the sessions, and flyers and brochures with ALL the details are available on our website or at all library branches. Pre-school to seniors - Click here to register! New this Year! Burbank READS Into the Night SUMMER READING CLUB FOR GROWNUPS allows adults to track their reading, submit and share book reviews, attend great programs, and be entered in the weekly prize drawings. Just register HEREor at any Reference Desk. READ-TO-ME CLUB is open to toddlers through Kindergarten children. Kids and caregivers will read together at home and then attend scheduled weekly entertainment at the library. Register HERE! SUMMER READING CLUB is for students in grades 1-8. Register HERE! Students are encouraged to read at home and complete short book reports. Weekly entertainment for the students! Contests! Prizes! TEEN SUMMER READING EVENTS for students in grades 6-12. FRIENDS MEETING FRIENDS

The Friends of the Burbank Public Library meet on a monthly basis to review our accomplishments and plan new projects that will benefit our library community. Wed love to see you there! Meetings are held at 6:30 pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month in the auditorium of the Central Library. Call 818-238-5551 for more information. After a Summer break, the Friends will resume meetings in September.
