Requirements: Personnel Section All willing applicants must submit their bio-data to the Personnel Section 1. 2. 3. Personnel Officer All bio-data will be evaluated 4. 5. Contact all who passed the evaluation to report for interview. 6. Barangay Clearance Police clearance Residence Certificate Bio-data 2x2 ID picture 18 years old and above Birth Certificate/Marriage contract (if married)

Contact all those who pass the interview to advise when and how they will report for work

At least high school graduate for production operators (with or without experience), and must be college graduate for office/administrative staff

Personnel Officer/ Staff

Orienting the hired applicants about the Company policies and procedures, and for endorsing to supervisors

No new employees are to be hired to any position if they are related to existing employees.

Family relationships included are:


Supervisor/s Orient them with the work applicable for their designations Wife Husband Sons or Daughters Father or Mothers-in-law Brother or Sisters-in-law Cousins (first degree)

All grievance/complaints should be directly addressed to the Personnel Section

Personnel Section

Conduct a thorough examination and investigation to the said grievance/complaints.

It enables individual employees to raise grievances with management about their employment. It aims to settle grievances fairly and as quickly as possible. If a grievance cannot be settled informally, the employee should raise it formally with management.

Supervisor/s

The supervisor should be responsible also on how to handle his/her employees very well to the best of their ability and knowledge, and for their good comfort. It enables individual employees to raise grievances with management about their employment. It aims to settle grievances fairly and as quickly as possible. If a grievance cannot be settled informally, the employee should raise it formally with management.

Personnel Section

The necessary actions are to be taken once the result of the investigation has been finalized.

Proper communication with each member of the organization is the key to a quick resolution of any problem/ complaint/ grievance that may arise.
