applicationwillbeinstalled.
TheauthorisedagentordistributorwillhavereceivedofficialproducttrainingbytheVSD
manufacturerandwillbeabletoprovidecertificationtothisend.
Theauthorisedagentordistributorwillbeabletoprovidelocalserviceandsupport.
Theauthorisedagentordistributorwillbeinreceiptofallproductupdatesissuedbythe
manufacturer.
Theauthorisedagentordistributorwillbeabletoprovidecertifiedfactorystartuponrequest.

7.2.

Warranty

TheVSDwillcarrya24monthwarrantyfromthedateofmanufacturer.
ServicelifefortheVSDwillcontinueforaminimumof24monthsbeyondtheendofproduct
manufacturer.
Theauthorisedagentordistributorwillbeabletoofferascheduledmaintenancecontact.
TheVSDwillbeabletoindicatevisuallyandviaacontroloutputwhenmaintenancechecksaredue.
TheVSDmanufacturerwillproduceandpublisharecommendedmaintenanceschedule.

7.3.
