You have a very good degree, preferably in economics, business studies, mathematics or physics. Your strengths include analytical thinking and dealing condently with people. You have already acquired practical experience of investment banking during a number of internships ideally including time spent abroad. You are an excellent communicator in English and ideally in German (depending on location) or another foreign language. You are committed to your work and keep a cool head, even in stressful situations. What's more, you're a team player, not a loner.
