Recognize that as you approach the Master, there is a delicate dance to see if a match between the two of you exists. If you have done your due diligence, you will have selected a Master that you believe will be able to teach you. He will be looking to see if you are worth teaching. How will he judge you? First he will listen to The Force: what does it reveal to him about you and the future? His choice will be effortless, and frankly,

In your training, it will be very likely that your Master will return again and again and again to these first four lessons. Realize that you must have these four lessons mastered to a level of effortless and instinctual integration within your BEingness before it is entirely appropriate to move on. This is the inner preparation that has been necessary for most Padawan before they are able to truly experience the Force with full consciousness as it flows through them.
