Before you do this step, you can change your preferences and select the type of format you are scanning Changing Preferences Go to Edit > Preferences

Select from the section called Category> Convert to PDF then go to the section called Converting to PDF select the type of document format you are scanning for example Jpeg or Excel then click OK

How to Edit a PDF Document Adobe Acrobat allows you to do little editing after creating a PDF document using the Edit Document Text (known as the Touchup Tool in previous versions) How to Edit a PDF Document Adobe Acrobat allows you to do little editing after creating a PDF document using the Edit Document Text Tool Step 1 Open your PDF document Step 2 Go to the View > Tools Step 3 Select Content Step 4 a Panel will appear on the right hand side of the screen, go to the Edit Document Text Tool Step 6 Click the text you want to change Step 7 After modifying your text , SAVE your document 4 1
