Fall Mens Bible Study Plans are underway for our Fall Mens Bible Study. Accountability groups will meet various days and times and also meet together monthly with Pastor Rocky for breakfast and Bible study. Please indicate on the bulletin tear-off sheet (check the appropriate box) if you are interested in joining a Mens group. Running Together Special One Day Class: Join Pastor Rocky on Saturday, August 4, from 8:45 a.m. 12:00 p.m., in the Student Center, as he teaches the complete Running Together Northside Membership Class. If youre new to Northside or if youre a member who hasnt previously attended, this class is for you! Childcare (ages 11 and under) will be provided by reservation only. We are asking attendees to please register in advance. Registration forms handed out with the bulletin today (complete and drop off at the Information Desk) or call Mary @ 926-3029. Deadline to enroll is Sunday, July 29. AWANA Volunteers Needed Would you help a child hide Gods word in their heart so that they will have its truths for the rest of their lives? If so, please prayerfully consider serving as a volunteer in Awana Clubs on Wednesday evenings through the school year. Northside Parking Team Assistants Needed Northside desires to make a positive first impression by providing a team of enthusiastic volunteers that welcome our members and guests. One way we do this is by helping to provide efficient traffic flow as folks arrive and exit. This is an area that has a GREAT need for additional volunteers. Initially, many people signed up as volunteers, but unfortunately we currently have just 3 men that serve in this area. These men are very faithful and serve each and every Sunday morning before and after both services. (Wow, what dedication!) Now, we are asking for some other folks to help them outwont you please consider serving? To sign up or to get more information please call Nancy at 796-9786. Indoor Playground The indoor playground member hours for the summer are 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily. Please call Lori Ford at 803-520-5669 to R.S.V.P. Promotion Sunday Promotion Sunday is August 26. This will be jammed packed day of family fun, but it also marks the end of our teaching year. Some of our current preschool and childrens ministry teachers will move on to serve in other areas at Northside, leaving opportunities for others to step in and use God given gifts and talents to make a difference in a childs journey of faith. If you would be willing to invest in the life of a child with a Sunday morning commitment, please contact David Ford at 803-520-5671 for Children and Lori Ford at 803-520-5669 for Preschool.

Operation Christmas Child Operation Christmas Child is coming early this year! We are having Christmas in July! Please join us during the month of July to make this possible by bringing already filled boxes or by donating much needed items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, small toys, socks, underwear, t-shirts, shoes, etc. If you packed a box last year please prayerfully consider packing that same number plus one this year. Collection boxes will be in the main lobby. Lets increase the number of shoe boxes collected to over 1,000! The shoe boxes are due July 29. Upward Flag Football Upward flag football registration will be online soon! Please prayerfully consider what your role will be as we strive to reach our community with the gospel through sports!
