The Median Sales Price in June was $853,365, up 36.5% from $625,000 in June of 2011 and up 82.7% from $467,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in June was $919,215, up 27.4% from $721,741 in June of 2011 and up 52.5% from $602,609 last month. June 2012 ASP was at the highest level compared to June of 2011 and 2010.
