The contrast between office staff and that of plant workers. Most of them have huge family responsibilities in their hands. Stress level is not so high for the employees. Meeting family needs with the present salary. Care responsibilities Time spend with relatives and friends. Shopping and other entertainments. Health priorities. Overtime Work. Work life Balance Rating.

Suggestions
Monthly meetings can be conducted between employees and management to discuss various work life issues. Organize picnics and other entertainment activities. Also facilities should be made for the entertainment of professionals. Sports activities to keep them energetic. The company should give proportional salary to the wok they do.

Conclusion
Employees in the dairy had less stress on their job. Employees welfare. Work life balance is going to be the great challenge for HR in the coming years. Doing good to the employees family will make the employees happier. Man power is an asset and it should be preserved. If the employees are happy then it will reflect in their job and in turn results in companys performance.
