CAUSES OF INDIGESTION
Indigestion is a common problem. The following can be the cause of indigestion:

CONCLUSION
Based on literature that the search, I can food conclude problem in
digestion is occur because of our self (eating style). The bad habit of consuming of food, inadequate nutrient intake and other factors can cause and give impact to our food digestion.
RECOMENDATION
Although certain digestion problems are incurable and may require a special dietary regimen for life, most types of common digestive disorders can be eased simply by changing our eating habits, as certain conditions are aggravated by certain types of food. However, if our digestion problem is severe or does not respond to an improved diet after more than a week, talk to our doctor to get the right way to solve the problem.
