But first you need to ask the question

Be clear about what you are aiming to do in your study session.

Today I am going to review Trigonometry or History etc.

Dont study for any more than twenty minutes at a time. Every twenty minutes take a five to ten minute break. In that five, ten minute break do something physical

Left Hemisphere

Right Hemisphere

Mid brain

This is the brain stem

And in the middle the Corpus Callosum

The brain stem controls the bodies function such as breathing, and instinct.

The mid brain controls our memory and emotions.

Its important to keep calm when studying because if you are irate, or un-nerved your midbrain shuts down and no learning can take place.

The Left Hemisphere is responsible for language, logic, and detail.

The Right Hemisphere is responsible for music, creativity and visual/spatial skills.

The Corpus Callosum is the key to it all. The Corpus Callosum is a bundle of fibres around 200 million which connect the left and right hemispheres.

It send electrical signals to and fro, making the brain work as one. The goal of the next part is to show you how to create new links so that messages pass quicker and effectively make you smarter because your brain works quicker.
