TRANSPORTER PERFORMANCE
Transport related no compliance from the customer end. Transporter contributed to our customer satisfaction ( Time of Delivery) During the ship unloading time / allege time transporter cooperation was very well Additional tankers was provided by the both transporter was timely help. No issues regarding tanker Valve, Explosive License validity & certification. Both transporters were timely delivered the goods to SEPL customer/ SEPL plant also. Transporter was performance very well with in the safety limit. ( No violation of any safety)

ISSUES
Tanker Driver not wearing the seat belt. Driver not speak to customer Driver without cleaner while driving. Valid date not clear in the driving License. ( New color Xerox taken) All driver have should informed journey status to concern manager. Manager should know about the truck unloading status at the customer premises. Manager allocation of the loads should cover all the trucks. Tanker Replacement of 10-12 years Tanker To Provide Vehicle tracking system (VTS) all dedicated trucks. Retro- reflection and conspicuity profiling shall be carried out on all the dedicated trucks.(Company logo) (As per agreement the above Points 2 & 3 to complete till 31.12.2010) 2nd Half Bills delay for sending. ( Every month received after 22nd) Any Bills / Payment difference should inform the subsequent of next month. We have received NOC up to June 2010.As per agreement NOC given quarterly basis. ( up to Sep 2010 not given )

VTS and RTFS To Provide Vehicle tracking system (VTS) all dedicated trucks. Retro- reflection and conspicuity profiling shall be carried out on all the dedicated trucks.(Company logo)
