An NIIT & Genpact JV set up in 2008 to develop a strong and reliable new hire resource pool for the BPO industry
The JV provides training and consulting services in the Voice, Pre process training, Behavioral, Professional & Leadership skills development space The training resource pool has conducted over 5000 training days of Voice, Professional and Leadership Skills training space Over 9000 participants trained in the Hire - Train model and over 15,000 participants trained in Professional and Leadership Skills Programs every year Domain customized New Hire training available for Collections, F&A, Banking and Insurance, IT Helpdesk for both International and Domestic Operations Several Consultancy projects executed from a Training Need Analysis, New Program Launch, New Curriculum Design and Floor Metric improvement perspective Training Programs offered in over 20 cities, planned expansion over 50 cities by the year end
