Radio frequency in Logistics


It means using an object applied into product, animal or person. The

purpose is to identify or track radio waves.


It has two patrts:
A. Integrated circuit which is useful for storing & processing information, modulating & demodulating a radio frequency signal & other specialized functions. B. antenna which is useful for receiving & transmitting signal

Application of RF: Useful in SCM to improve efficiency of inventory tracing &


management.
