What is Quality????
Quality is a one of the several words that may be understood differently by different people. Quality in general refers to excellence. QUALITY is defined as the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfills the requirements.

Dimensions of service quality


Reliability: Responsiveness: Assurance: Empathy:
Perform promised service dependably and accurately. Willingness to help promptly.
Ability to convey trust and confidence.

Tangibles:

Ability to be approachable.
Physical facilities and facilitating goods

DIMENSIONS OF SERVICE QUALITY REGARDING TEACHING Confidence :


Belief in ourselves despite setbacks. Our professors encounter situations all the time that could be considered setbacks.

Reliability:

Our college professors help students when they go through a mental breakdown.

True compassion for their students:


The SSN prof. care about their students as individuals and want to help them.

Understanding.

Good teachers have understanding true understanding of how to teach.

Dedication to excellence.
they want the best from their students and themselves. They dont settle for poor grades, knowing it reflects upon their ability to teach just as much upon a students ability to excel.

Unwavering support.
The SSN teachers dont accept that a student is a lost cause.

Willingness to help student


The professors in SSN hold extra sessions , they reach out to students after class. They know that some need extra attention or assistance, and they dont act like its not their job.

Pride in students accomplishments.


They let you know they are glad you got a good grade or made the honors society. They smile and tell you that you did a good job.

Empathy:
Mentoring is a special service being offered by the management, wherein our faculty devote their golden time to deal with student problems.

Responsiveness and Assurance:


The important thing about our faculty is that they immediately lend hands for any help asked by the students regarding books, subjects, educational software. And they do timely help with full interest understanding the students need.

Tangibles:
Our Professors prepare notes for students in a simple way (which can be well understood) through intranet facility available in our college.

CONCLUSION
The service sector should fulfill the dimensions of Quality to satisfy the expectations. In SSN ,the teaching is in such a way that it satisfies all the dimensions of Quality that a service sector should provide. The management and teaching fraternity work together to provide best education to the students. Henceforth SSN College of Engineering is one the best Educational institutions in India.
