Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients (One Serving)


zucchini-dice carrot-whole slices onion- half slices 3 pak choi-inch pieces 4baby corn-quartered head of broccoli small florets 1 inch ginger-sliced 2 garlic clove - minced 1 to 2 tbsp hoi san sauce 1 to 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 to 2 tbsp oyster/mushroom oyster sauce 1 chicken breast/1/2 slab tofu dice or slice Pepper to taste Water to avoid sticking 1tbsp canola oil (other oils are okay)

Cuts
Dices- To cut into small cubes. Whole slices- To cut them into thin slices while still whole. Half slices- To slices something in half. Inch-pieces- To cut meat or vegetables into thin stickshaped pieces.

Quartered- Divide into four equal or corresponding parts. Small florets- Take each large individual floret and cut it in half.
Gather together the two halves and cut them into quarters.

Minced- Cut up or grind food into small pieces. Slices- To cut them in thin slices.

Equipment
Stove Wok Spatula Cutting Board Paring and Chef's Knife Plate Metal Bowl- to throw your waste Peeler (Serrated and Straight)

Step one (Preparation)


Put on a apron first Secondly wash your hands to avoid bacteria coming into the food. Thirdly start washing the vegetables.

Step two (Cutting)


You can use a Paring Knife for cutting small things and Chef's Knife for cutting big things. You can preferably use a Peeler (Serrated or Straight). Cut the vegetables into the ones listed down below: zucchini-dice carrot-whole slices (use Peeler first) onion- half slices 3 pak choi-inch pieces 4baby corn-quartered head of broccoli small florets 1 inch ginger-sliced (use Paring Knife to peel) 2 garlic clove - minced 1 chicken breast/1/2 slab tofu dice or slice (use a different cutting board or wash the one you just used so there is no cross-contamination)

Step 3 (Cooking pt.1)


Put the wok on the stove and drop in 1tbsp of canola oil. Wait for it to be hot then add in the 1 inch of sliced-ginger and 2 minced garlic clove. As it starts to turn brown add the chicken breast or the tofu. This will also start to brown when it is ready (The Chicken will be white inside) Then add the Onion

Step 4 (cooking pt.2)


Now the Zucchini Once that starts to sizzle, Add in the Soy, Oyster and Hoisin Sauce Sprinkle the Black pepper Slowly Pour in the Water (Stand back! - It will start "Spit") Put in the Rest of the Vegetables- Bok Choi and the Corn Mix everything till you think it is ready Put it on the Plate (Design it to make it look goodif you want!)
