A : The only one account can get 50GB per each device. which means each device cannot be used on multiple accounts to get 50GB. If someone had already got 50GB on particular device, it is impossible to get another 50GB on that device with different account. So to get 50 GB, the activation has to be done on a new device which no one had got 50GB on that.
