How Do I Find a Book I Can Read and Understand?

How many times have you gone to the library and couldnt decide what book you should read next? This presentation will help you on your journey to pick the next great book you will read. Are you ready!?

Why am I doing this?


To better understand how to select a book that fits. To help in gaining better comprehension of what we read by using a strategy to selecting books.

Process to Select a Book

Once you have selected your genre, go to the website that fits the genre you chose.

Select Your Book and Read then Retell! (Day 2)


Go to the library Select your book Read your book Complete the Reader of the Week reflection sheet. Retell the story you read to members of the class referring to specific details about the story and the character(s).
