Introduction
Dissatisfaction with working life makes employee to leave the job. Excessive work load has made the employees overburdened and they have very less time for their family.
QWL serves as a balance between employees working life and employees private life.
Practicing QWL in the organisation makes employees feel that they are the integral part of the organisation and organisation cares for them.
This feeling of employees in turn increase productivity and lowers absenteeism and increases stability of work force.
