C3 - RELAY CARD
Provided with 3 independently adjustable tacho-relay channels. Each channel has one LED for an indication of relay state. All relays are adjustable between 0 - 100 % of speed measuring range. A delay of 0 - 30 sec is possible with extra arrangements.

C3 - RELAY CARD
First relay is normally adjusted to 300 RPM. Used for prelub. pump control, hour counter control, alarm & stop blockings. Second relay is normally adjusted at 560 RPM for excitation & breaker operation control. Third relay is used for overspeed protection. The relay is activated at 15 % overspeed & releases the stop function. Back Photo

C4 - nTC CARD
Converts the frequency from one or two T/C speed sensor(s) to proportional DC voltage output. VASA 22 : 0 - 50,000 RPM 0 - 10 V DC. VASA 32 : 0 - 30,000 RPM 0 - 10 V DC. T/C speed read on engine tachometer by switching speed selector to T/C position. Output of this card can support more than one external meter.

SPEED SENSORS
Photo
Works on inductive proximity switch principle. Outputs 12 V pulse for every passage of the teeth in the sensing area. Distinct signal also at low engine rotational speed. Sensor Distance 2.5 mm. Photo Turbocharger Speed Sensor. Works on magnetic induction principle. Outputs one sine wave for every passage of every pair of magnet. Sensor Distance 2 - 3 mm. 17 Back END
