MOTION
Since no thing (or series of things) can move (change) itself, there must be a first, unmoved mover, source of all motion.
All things move and change. For an object to move there must be someone (an unmoved mover) that could be a source of its motion.
What caused to its movement? air? Yes, they can all be the factors that An individual? contribute to its change.

EFFICIENT CASUALTY
Nothing can cause its own existence. If there is no first, uncaused cause of the chain of causes and effects we see, these second causes could not exist. They do, so it must.
Definition: Causality is usually defined as a genetic connection of phenomena through which one thing (the cause) under certain conditions gives rise to, causes something else (the effect).
Example: For example, a boy pokes his classmate's arm which causes pain. When he stops poking, so does the pain.
In order to exist, an outside cause must be present. In this example, the outside cause of the pain is the boy.
If there is no God who has existence by his own eternal nature, then the gift of existence cannot be passed down the chain of creatures and we can never get it. But we do get it; we exist. Therefore there must exist a God: an Uncaused Being who does not have to receive existence like usand like every other link in the chain of receivers. - Peter Kreeft

"A mans physical hunger does not prove that man will get any bread; he may die of starvation on a raft in the Atlantic. But surely a mans hunger does prove that he comes of a race which repairs its body by eating and inhabits a world where eatable substances exist." - (C.S. Lewis) The Weight of Glory
EXISTENTIAL ARGUMENT
If there is no God (and no immortality) life is ultimately meaningless.
=
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. - Jeremiah 29:11-13
I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; And whoever lives and believes in me will never die.

FROM SAINTS
You see God through them. Where do they get their joy and power. As with Mother Teresa of Calcutta.
"We can't grow and be better unless we let God's presence flow in our lives.
