Create Thematic map in Mapinfo

Objective: 1. To differentiate between 3G and 2G sites. 2. Can be also used in TEMS .

In Mapinfo , go to Map tab, then go to Create Thematic Map..

Go to indivdual (bottom left) , then select Point Ind/Value Default . Then click next.

Go to Table MCOMSite , then select field : Flag 5 . Click Ok. Then another pop up will appear. Click ok also.

After complete, you will see 3G and 2G sites separated by color. To go to legend, click Legend .

How to create thematic for plots

Map-create thematic map (F9) Ranges- Region Ranges, Solid Red Yellow Green

Select Table , Then Select Field . Checkbox Ignore Zero Fields -on

Ranges : Modify Values Styles : Change Color for each range Legend :

Save Templete (for future reference)
