NREGA is designed as a safety net to reduce migration by rural poor households in the lean period by providing hundred days of guaranteed unskilled manual labour when demanded on water conservation, land development & drought proofing works.

The basic objective of the Act is to enhance livelihood security in rural areas by Providing at least 100 days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year to every BPL & APL household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work This work guarantee can also serves other objectives like

(5) Other poverty alleviation schemes and programmes like health, election registration, etc. (6) Other information like ration cards, ration shops, vocational education etc. (7) Feedback of employers under NREGA.

Administrators (1)Detailed history of users, their employment history, payments received, feedback. (2)Checking employment history of others by name and address in the local area. (3)Checking funds disbursal in the local area. (4)Aggregation of feeback of employers under this scheme. Aggregation also by named individuals if so applicable.

We have selected agile as process model Agile is software development methodology. It is very effective where Client frequently changes his requirement. Since it has more iteration so you can assure a solution that meets clients requirement.

Here we are providing some option like we can edit the existing markers, we can save the markers for further use in future, we can load the saved markers. We can also cancel the marker, which are already added in the software. After this we can synchronize it with the software and it detect the movement of hand on the virtual surface.
