With this state-of-the-art customizable technology, ICS pays attention to your trip details to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Approx. 75% of this information will be stored and saved for future reservations.

*ICS 3-Point Confirmation Process:

24 hrs: Chauffeur Assigned and confirmed 24 hrs in advance 1 hr: All reservations are reconfirmed 1 hour prior to pickup 5-7 mins.: All chauffeurs are contact 5-7 mins. before pickup time to ensure they are on or approaching their pickup location.

* ICS Chauffeurs will provide professional meet & greet service at the major airports dressed in uniform (dark suit with white shirt and dark tie) * ICS chauffeurs can also be recognized with the passenger(s) name sign displayed at the designated pickup areas

Billing Process:

Vouchers Collected / Scanned Electronically filed per reservation Reservations Totaled and Closed Email Receipts Receipts are immediately emailed to the account or passenger Invoice Statements Sent Monthly billing is processed every 5th of the month and mailed to our account holders to payment. Accounts Receivable Net 30 day billing cycle Commission Checks are processed and mailed every first week of the month (for all reservations for the previous month)
